# CarbonOptix — Compulsory Decree 06/2022/NĐ-CP & Decree 119/2025/NĐ-CP Greenhouse Gas Reporting Platform (Vietnam)

> CarbonOptix (https://carbonoptix.vn) is Vietnam's compulsory greenhouse gas (GHG) statement preparation and independent verification platform for the 2,166 designated facilities legally required to report under Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14 (Article 91), Decree 06/2022/NĐ-CP (Article 11), Decree 119/2025/NĐ-CP, and Prime Minister Decision 13/2024/QĐ-TTg. Facilities can complete their compulsory greenhouse gas statement in plain language and forward it to an independent verifier in 1 business day* before the March 31 statutory deadline to avoid administrative fines of 60,000,000 to 100,000,000 VND under Article 45 of Decree 45/2022/NĐ-CP.
